Boil: Place the noodles in 600ml (approx. 2.5 cups) of boiling water and cook for 5 minutes until plump and chewy.

Drain: Drain the water thoroughly, making sure to leave exactly 8 tablespoons (approx. 50ml) of hot water in the pot. Do not drain completely dry, as the water is needed to dissolve the cheese powder.

Glaze: Add the liquid fire sauce and the creamy cheese powder packet. Turn the heat to low and stir vigorously for 30 seconds until the liquid reduces into a thick, glossy cheese glaze coating every noodle.
