How Does the Delivery Process Work?
Once your order is successfully placed, our team carefully reviews and processes it. Every product undergoes a thorough quality inspection before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in excellent condition.
After the quality check, your order is securely packaged and handed over to our trusted delivery partners. If the courier is unable to reach your delivery address or deliver at a convenient time, they will contact you using the phone number provided during checkout to arrange an alternative delivery.
How Are Products Packaged?
At Tokyo Avenue, we take great care in packaging every order. Products are securely packed to protect them during transit, and fragile items receive additional protective packaging where necessary. An invoice may also be included with your shipment.
Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are calculated based on the delivery location:
- Within Dhaka and Chattogram: BDT 69
- Outside Dhaka and Chattogram: BDT 100
Delivery charges will be displayed during checkout before your order is confirmed.
Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times are calculated from the date your order is confirmed.
- Within Dhaka: Orders are typically delivered within 5 (five) business days.
- Outside Dhaka: Orders are typically delivered within 10 (ten) business days.
While we make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to public holidays, adverse weather conditions, transportation disruptions, political situations, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. If a significant delay occurs, our Customer Care team will keep you informed regarding the status of your order.
