The extra-rich hydrating toner replenishes skin’s moisture like a serum and it is renewed to penetrate deeper and better hold onto moisture than the previous formula. This newly upgraded version features 8 types of hyaluronic acids including Hada-Labo’s smallest molecular size of hyaluronic acid yet. New anti-inflammatory fermented hyaluronic acid helps fortify the skin’s moisture barrier to keep skin looking plump and supple. Algae-derived Sacran helps skin retain moisture while protecting against drying external stimulus.
It envelopes dry to very dry skin in a veil of moisture to keep skin supple and healthy-looking through the day.
