SAMYANG BULDAK CHEESE HOT CHICKEN FLAVOR RAMEN CUP

The Perfect Blend of Fiery Heat and Creamy Cheese Comfort.

Love extreme spice but want a smoother, richer flavor profile? Samyang Buldak Cheese Hot Chicken Flavor Ramen delivers the perfect compromise. This globally loved variation of the viral Korean "Fire Noodle" features Samyang’s signature thick, chewy stir-fry noodles drenched in an intense, fiery hot chicken sauce, perfectly balanced by a rich, savory cheese powder. The addition of creamy cheese mellows out the sharpest sting of the chili, creating a beautifully thick, velvety glaze that is deeply comforting, incredibly savory, and undeniably addictive.

Note: This is a dry noodle dish. Leaving the water in will dilute the cheese sauce and ruin the texture!

1. Boil: Place the noodles in 600ml (approx. 2.5 cups) of boiling water and cook for 5 minutes until plump and chewy.

2. Drain: Drain the water thoroughly, making sure to leave exactly 8 tablespoons (approx. 50ml) of hot water in the pot. Do not drain completely dry, as the water is needed to dissolve the cheese powder.

3. Glaze: Add the liquid fire sauce and the creamy cheese powder packet. Turn the heat to low and stir vigorously for 30 seconds until the liquid reduces into a thick, glossy cheese glaze coating every noodle.

4. Serve: Plate immediately and enjoy while piping hot!
